We understand that a basic, per user pricing model may not work well for certain clients. If you can’t count your users or don’t license your product on a per user basis, this sort of pricing can be prohibitive. With regard to scaling mechanisms, we are willing to be creative.
Tiered Pricing
If you’d rather use pricing that is tiered based on user limits, we have worked under these parameters in the past:
Implementation Fee
- With SCORM 2004, $60,000
- Without SCORM 2004, $30,000
Licensing Fee

Other Options
Tell us how you think it should work. We have, in the past, done per server agreements, per client agreements, per site agreements, and even revenue sharing agreements.
